Tulare County, CA – On the night of Tuesday, April 8, 2025, a traffic collision near Ivanhoe left two people injured, according to KSEE.

The Tulare County Fire Department reports that the accident took place around 11:00 PM near the intersection of Avenue 320 and Road 124.

Emergency crews arrived to find a crash involving at least one light-colored SUV that appeared to be heavily damaged and disabled. Two people were transported to a local hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.

The exact circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation by local authorities. No further information about the individuals involved or potential contributing factors has been provided.

This is a continuing investigation.

Personal Injury Claims

After a traffic accident, victims and their families often deal with unexpected financial burdens, such as medical bills, lost income, and, in the worst cases, burial costs. A Personal Injury Claim allows accident victims to hold the at-fault party financially responsible for their cost of care.

Comparative Negligence

California Law upholds the concept of Comparative Negligence, which allows more than one party to share blame in a personal injury accident. Injured victims may have their compensation reduced if they are found partially to blame.
