Emergency responders arrived at the scene and confirmed that a single vehicle had crashed under circumstances that remain under investigation.

At least one occupant of the vehicle suffered major injuries and was transported by first responders to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities have not released the identity of the injured party or any information regarding the cause of the crash.

Single-Vehicle Collisions

In some cases, investigations may reveal that even in a single-vehicle accident, nearby drivers or unsafe road features share some responsibility. California’s Comparative Negligence rule means that, even if those injured in accidents are found partially at fault, they may still be eligible to receive partial compensation for damages.
