El Dorado Hills Car Accidents and Personal Injury Claims
California law requires manufacturers to ensure that parking brakes, transmissions, and other safety mechanisms function properly to prevent a vehicle from rolling away unattended. When a vehicle unexpectedly rolls and injures its own driver, investigators may examine whether a mechanical defect, improper parking on a slope, or another factor contributed to the incident.
The driver may have the right to pursue a personal injury claim, which can provide compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages related to the accident.
