Watsonville, CA – On the morning of Tuesday, March 4, 2025, a multi-vehicle hit-and-run collision resulted in injuries, according to KSBW.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports that the crash occurred at approximately 7:53 AM on Green Valley Road, south of Minto Road.
A 39-year-old Watsonville resident, driving a gray Honda, allegedly struck six vehicles, including a school bus carrying six occupants. No one on the bus was injured, but two individuals from other vehicles sustained injuries.
According to CHP, the driver attempted to flee but was stopped by other motorists until sheriff’s deputies arrived. The suspect was arrested for felony hit-and-run and transported to a mental health facility for further evaluation.
Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
Personal Injury Claims
When the actions of reckless drivers cause others to be injured, the cost of recovery should not fall on their victims. Filing a Personal Injury Claim with the at-fault party’s insurance can provide compensation for medical bills and lost wages during recovery.
