Clovis, CA – On the morning of Tuesday, June 10, 2025, a motorcycle collision resulted in injuries to the rider, according to KSEE.

The Clovis Police Department reports that the accident took place around 10:00 AM near the intersection of Peach and Shaw Avenues.

Authorities stated that the crash involved a motorcyclist and two vehicles. A vehicle was reportedly changing lanes when it struck the motorcyclist, causing the rider to collide with a second vehicle and then crash into a nearby light pole. Witnesses indicated that the motorcyclist may have been traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the impact.

Emergency personnel transported the adult male rider to Community Regional Medical Center by ambulance. His current condition has not been disclosed. The two drivers involved in the incident were reported to be shaken but did not sustain serious injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by local authorities.

Personal Injury Claims & Comparative Negligence

Determining fault in a collision can involve multiple factors, and under California’s Comparative Negligence rule, several parties can share partial responsibility. Should evidence reveal that another party contributed to the injuries, victims may be eligible to file a Personal Injury Claim with the responsible party’s insurance, which can provide compensation for medical bills and lost wages during recovery.
