Merced, CA – Three people were rescued from a vehicle after a serious crash on Highway 99 south of Mission Avenue on Friday night, October 4, 2024, according to KSEE.
Upon arrival, firefighters worked to extricate the passengers who had become trapped inside the vehicle.
The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed, but images shared by the fire department show a medical helicopter being used to airlift at least one of the victims for urgent treatment.
