Rio Linda, CA — On Thursday, February 6, 2025, a two-vehicle collision was reported in Rio Linda, leaving one person with a minor injury, according to KCRA.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports that the accident took place around 7:55 AM near the intersection of Dry Creek Road and G Street.

The crash involved two vehicles, though the specific cause of the collision remains unclear. Emergency crews responded to the scene, and one person was reported to have sustained an injury.

Investigations into the causes of the crash are ongoing. The CHP has not yet stated whether alcohol or drugs are believed to have played a role.

Personal Injury Claims

Determining fault in a collision can involve multiple factors, and under California’s Comparative Liability rule, several parties can share partial responsibility. Should evidence reveal that another party contributed to the injuries, victims may be eligible to file a personal injury claim with the responsible party’s insurance.
