Fresno County, CA – According to KFSN, on the afternoon of Monday, March 25, 2024, two people were killed outside of Reedley when they failed to stop at a stop sign.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports that, at the intersection of Parlier Avenue and Buttonwillow Avenue, a Ford Focus driven by a woman with a male passenger entered the path of a Ford F-150 pickup truck when it disobeyed a stop sign.
The two vehicles collided, and the Ford Focus passenger was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver succumbed to her injuries on the way to the hospital. The truck driver sustained no injuries in the crash.
