Ceres, CA — According to KCRA, a single-vehicle accident on Thursday night, July 4, 2024, at the intersection of East Hatch Road and Eastgate Boulevard in Ceres left a man critically injured.
The Ceres Police Department was dispatched to the scene at around 8:25 PM following reports of a high-speed collision. According to police, an SUV driven by a 31-year-old man was traveling westbound at excessive speeds in an apparent attempt to overtake multiple vehicles. The driver lost control of the SUV, causing it to crash and roll over multiple times.
Upon arrival, emergency responders found the driver with major injuries, and he was promptly transported to a nearby hospital. Fortunately, no other injuries were reported in this incident.
