Stockton, CA – On the afternoon of Monday, February 10, 2026, a three-vehicle crash resulted in injuries to a 35-year-old male driver, who was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, according to FOX40.

The Stockton Police Department reports that the accident took place around 3:39 PM near an undisclosed location in Stockton.

Officers arrived to find three vehicles involved in the collision, with one of the vehicles also having struck a tree on the sidewalk. Authorities said the 35-year-old man was transported to an area hospital for treatment, and his injuries were not considered life-threatening.

No other injuries were reported. No further details regarding this fetal accident have been released. The circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation.

Personal Injury Claims & Comparative Negligence

Determining fault in a collision can involve multiple factors, and under California’s Comparative Negligence rule, several parties can share partial responsibility. Should evidence reveal that another party contributed to the injuries, victims may be eligible to file a Personal Injury Claim with the responsible party’s insurance, which can provide compensation for medical bills and lost wages during recovery.
